Simple Ultimate Salami Cheese Sandwich
A classic Salami Sandwich is a perfect quick and satisfying meal, perfect for lunch or to pack for a picnic. It's packed with multiple layers of salami, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sprinkled with finely chopped onions, making every bite a delicious combination of flavors.
Ingredients
- 8 slices of your favorite bread
- 16 slices of salami
- 8 slices of cheese Provolone Swiss or Cheddar
- 1 large tomato thinly sliced
- 1 Cup of lettuce leaves washed and dried
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 4 tbls of mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Start by spreading a tablespoon of mayonnaise onto 4 slices of bread.
Place a couple of slices of salami on each of these bread slices, followed by a slice of cheese.
Add in the thin slices of tomato and a sprinkle of chopped onion.
Top it off with some lettuce leaves and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
You can choose to cut the sandwiches into two halves or serve as is. The delightful Salami Sandwiches are ready to be served and enjoyed.
