Minced Meat with Spaghetti
A classic and always popular dish. Minced meat, cooked in a tomato sauce and served with spaghetti.

- 500 g minced meat
Other
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 400 g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1⁄2 ts ground black pepper

1. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry until they change color.
2. Step
Add the ground meat and simmer until it's fully cooked.
3. Step
Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Step
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in another pot according to the instructions on the package.
5. Step
When the spaghetti is done, drain the water and add the meat with sauce.
6. Step
Stir thoroughly so the spaghetti absorbs the sauce.
7. Step
Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
