1. Step

Mix salt in a bowl of water and put the lamb in for 2 hours. Dice the bacon and slice the onion.

2. Step

Chop up the liver into bite-size pieces. Mix 2 tbsp flour with salt and pepper. Cover the liver in it.

3. Step

Heat oil in a pan. Cook the onion for a few minutes, then add bacon and cook for 3 more minutes. Remove from the pan.

4. Step

Put the liver in the pan. Fry for 5 minutes, brown on all sides.

Remove the meat and add the remaining flour and stock to the pan. Mix well to make gravy. Simmer for a few minutes till thickened, then put back the bacon and liver. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
