Easy Basic Creamy Quiche Recipe
This quiche is perfect for brunch or dinner. With a flaky crust and a creamy filling packed with cheese and vegetables, it's a versatile dish that can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 1 pre made pie crust
- 1 Cup shredded cheese Cheddar Gruyere or Swiss
- 1 Cup diced vegetables spinach mushrooms onions or bell peppers
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Cup milk whole or skim
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven.
Roll out pre-made pie crust and put into your pie dish, trimming any excess crust.
In a skillet, sauté the diced vegetables.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese onto the pie crust.
Spread the cooked vegetables evenly over the cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
