Quick & Easy Seafood Spaghetti Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
- 350 gms spaghetti
- 350 gms mixed seafood selected (prawns, mussels squid clams)
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1⁄2 Cup white wine
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan or skillet. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, stirring frequently.
Add the mixed seafood and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until they just start to change color.
Stir in diced tomatoes, white wine, oregano, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper.
Simmer the sauce for about 10-15 minutes to allow it to thicken and for the flavors to meld. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
Add in the cooked pasta to the pan. Toss gently to ensure that the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Serve the pasta in bowls. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
