Pork Roulade with Cheese and Spinach
A tasty pork roulade filled with cheese and spinach is an ideal choice as a main dish. It's easy to prepare and sure to be a hit with all your family members.

- 800 g Turkey meat
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs Big egg
- 200 ml oil
- 1 pcs Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Filling
- 200 g hard cheese
- 200 g spinach

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the turkey meat into thin slices, salt, pepper and rub with grated garlic and chopped onion.
2. Step
Place slices of hard cheese and chopped spinach on the meat. Tightly roll up the roulade.
3. Step
Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the roulade on all sides until golden.
4. Step
Transfer the roll into the baking dish and bake in the oven for about an hour. During baking, baste the roll a few times with the drip from the baking dish.
5. Step
We can serve it with rice.
