In a glass with 3 tablespoons of water, add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal and stir.

2. Step

In a bowl add the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, coconut sugar and maple syrup. Stir together.

3. Step

Add the pumpkin pie spice, a pinch of salt, baking soda and quinoa flour. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

4. Step

Spoon into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
