- 200 g sour cream
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 ts mustard
- 150 g hard cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic

1. Step
Wash the meat and cut it into cubes. Add crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, curry, mustard and mix well.
2. Step
We put it on the bottom of the 30x20 container and smooth it out. (we smear the bottom with a bit of ooeja)
3. Step
We particularly mix sour cream and eggs. We spread it evenly on the meat. We grate cheese on the cream layer and bake it at 180 °C for 40 minutes. When done, we sprinkle it with parsley and serve.
