Broccoli pasta
Recipe for a quick pasta and broccoli dish.
Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- 1 pcs broccoli
- 3 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- hard cheese
- white yogurt
- salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. I personally prefer them al dente, i.e. slightly harder.
Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for about 5 minutes. This time is important because the broccoli must not be too soft. Otherwise, it may fall apart during further preparation.
Clean the garlic cloves and cut them into thin slices. Fry the garlic in olive oil in a frying pan.
Add the broccoli to the roasted garlic, season with salt and pepper and stir. If you like spicier food, you can also add a little red pepper.
At this stage add the cooked and drained pasta and mix everything together.
Serve the broccoli pasta topped with cheese and white yogurt.
