Dough
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 Piece egg
- 1⁄2 Teaspoon salt
Filling
- 2 Piece zucchini
- 2 Piece tomatoes
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 3 Piece Eggs
- 1 Pinch salt
- 1 Pinch pepper

Directions
Step 1: For the zucchini-tomato quiche, mix the flour, butter, egg, and salt to make a smooth dough.
Step 2: Roll out the dough and place it in a greased quiche or pie dish.
Step 3: Cut the zucchini and tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 4: Distribute the zucchini and tomatoes on the dough in the form.
Step 5: Mix the grated cheese, cream, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl and pour the mixture over the vegetables in the mold.
Step 6: Bake the quiche at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes, until it is golden brown and puffed up.
