Zesty Mexican Naked Chicken Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 2 avocados (sliced)
- 1 Cup of salsa
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
In a pan, on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Cook on each side until golden brown and cooked throughout (around 10 minutes each side). Once cooked, allow to cool, then slice it.
In another pan with olive oil, add in the onions and bell peppers and cook until softened.
Warm black beans in a pot or microwave.
To assemble your Naked Burrito, in a bowl, start with a base of cooked rice, top with the sliced chicken, cooked onions and peppers, black beans, avocado slices, and finish off with a generous serving of salsa.
