Directions

80 min.
1. Step

Crush the cookies. Add room temperature butter and mix again. Pour the mixture into a round baking pan (24cm) lined with baking paper and press evenly along the edges and bottom of the pan. Put the prepared crust in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.

2. Step

Whisk the curd, cream cheese and cream with a hand mixer. We whisk in eggs and then flour and sugar. Divide the filling into two equal parts. Mix in vanilla flavor and sugar into one part and into the other part, cocoa, melted chocolate and Nutella. Alternately, we pour the dark and light part into the middle of the pre-baked base until both are used up.

3. Step

Once prepared, bake in an oven preheated to 155 degrees for about 55 minutes. During baking, place a tray with water at the bottom of the oven. After baking, let the cheesecake cool for at least half an hour in a slightly open oven.

4. Step

We prepare the glaze by melting the chocolate with cream in a pot over medium heat, stirring continuously. Pour the glaze over the prepared cake and place it in the refrigerator, ideally overnight.
