Round Cheesecake

- 4 Eggs
- 3 spoons Coconut cane sugar
- 41⁄2 a I used spelt flour instead of regular flour
- 1 spoon Load the cocoa
- 3 spoons melted butter
- 1⁄2 packaging baking powder
- pinch Tea Baking soda
- pinch Alone
Cream
- 2 bananas
- 250 g Of soft curd
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 ml of whipped cream
- 30 g Grated hot chocolate cocoa beans
- 1 spoon coconut sugar
- 1 spoon lemon juice

Directions
I used a round form with a diameter of 20cm.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
Mix the yolks with the sugar.
Gradually incorporate the mixed yolks into the flour, then add melted butter.
Mix all dry ingredients (flour, carob, baking powder, and baking soda) and then add them to the egg whites.
Beat everything thoroughly.
We line the form with baking paper or grease it with butter and sprinkle it with coarse flour.
We often pour the mixture into a mold and put it in a preheated oven.
Bake at 180/20 minutes or as needed.
We pick and let it cool down.
Whip the cream until it's thick.
Mix mascarpone with curd and sugar.
We will add it to the whipped cream and stir.
Next, add the lemon juice, chocolate, and thoroughly mix the entire filling.
Cut off the top of the cooled cake as if you wanted to level the cake.
We hollow out the entire center and put the dough aside.
We put the sliced bananas in the middle and start adding the filling.
We put the filling on the cake in the shape of a hill/molehill.
We will cover the entire cake with the dough that we scooped out.
Put it in the fridge, preferably overnight.
