Yeast Bread
This recipe is a simple way to prepare crispy yeast bread at home.

- 500 g special fine flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 300 ml water

Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
2. Step
Gradually add water and mix the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
3. Step
Often let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 2 hours.

Often knead the dough on a floured board and form it into the shape of bread. Let it rest for a while.
