- 1 kg sausage
- 750 ml of white wine
- 4 larger potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic

1. Step
First, wash and peel the potatoes and then cut them into cubes.

Preheat some olive oil in a frying pan and add the potatoes, frying them until golden brown.

Return the sausages to the pan along with the potatoes and add the white wine, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes, until the wine has reduced by half.
