A light and tasty weight loss vegetable salad, prepared from carrots and celery.
Ingredients
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs celery
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper

Slice the carrot, celery, and onion into thin noodles.
Peel the lemon and chop it finely.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add grated vegetables to the dressing and mix well.
Let the salad rest in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
