1. Step

Marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce and slowly bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 20 minutes

2. Step

Prepare the dressing in a bowl. Mix mayonnaise with Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, chili paste, grated cheese, and cumin. If you like, you can also add fresh herbs like coriander or flat leaf parsley. Season with salt and lemon juice.

3. Step

We wash the romaine lettuce from impurities and tear it into a large bowl. We add dressing and lightly mix everything together.

4. Step

We serve the salad on a plate, top it up with roasted meat and garnish with herbs or roasted baguette chips.
