Water crackers
Water crackers are a traditional and simple snack enjoyed in many cultures. They are perfect with cheese, jam or just on their own. They are easy to make and their neutral flavor makes them ideal to complement any meal.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 200 ml Of water
- 100 ml Of vegetable or olive oil
- 1 cdta Of salt
- 1 cdta sugar
- 1 cdta of active dry yeast

Directions
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Add the water and oil to the bowl, then mix everything until it has a smooth texture. If necessary, add more water.
Once the dough is ready, let it rest for about 30 minutes in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
Knead the dough for a few minutes and then divide it into small balls. With a rolling pin, flatten each ball into a circular shape.
Place the cookies on the baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool and then serve. The water crackers can be kept in an airtight container for a few days.
