This vegetable salad with cheese is light and full of flavour and colour.

- 1 pcs red peppers
- 1 pcs green bell pepper
- 1 pcs Small head of lettuce
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pcs salad cucumber
- 100 g Emmental cheese
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Step
Clean and wash all vegetables. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Tear the lettuce into smaller pieces. Cut the tomatoes and cucumber in half.

Finely chop the emmental

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
4. Step
Transfer the vegetables and cheese to a large bowl, pour over the dressing and mix thoroughly.

Serve the salad immediately after preparation, when it is most delicious.
