- 11⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon custard powder
- 0.13 teaspoon kala namak
- 1⁄2 teaspoon agar powder
- 12 small tart shells

Blend the soy milk, sugar, custard powder, agar powder, and kala namak. Pour into a saucepan, bring to a simmer and cook for a minute. Pour into tart shells and put in the fridge for 15 minutes. Let warm to room temperature, serve, and enjoy!
