Tuna Teriyaki Rice Bowls

For the Tuna Teriyaki:
- 1 lb fresh tuna
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon With

- 1 tablespoon maize starch
- 1⁄4 Cup water
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
For the Bowls:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 Cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
- Sliced green onions
- Toasted sesame seeds
- crushed red pepper flakes

Directions
Start by preparing the Tuna Teriyaki. Cut the tuna into cubes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey garlic, and cornstarch.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat add the oil and sauté the tuna cubes for about 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet with tuna and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the tuna. Add water if necessary.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tuna and let an additional minute.
In another skillet over medium-high, sauté the sliced peppers, onions, and broccoli in oil until tender but still slightly crunchy. Season with salt and pepper.
To assemble the bowls, add a scoop of rice to each bowl and top with the sauted vegetables and teriyaki tuna.
Garnish with sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
