Traditional Rustic Honey Cake

- 31⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 Cup With
- 11⁄2 cups crystal sugar
- 1⁄2 Cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Cup warm coffee
- 1⁄2 Cup fresh orange juice
- 1⁄4 Cup whisky

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch Bundt pan and dust it with flour.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, coffee, orange juice, and whiskey.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar and/or drizzle with additional honey before serving, if desired.
