- 200 g milk
- 4 egg
- 10 g dry yeast
- 180 g sugar
- Vanilla flavour
- Lemon zest
- 100 g butter
- 500 g self-rising flour
- 1⁄3 teaspoon salt
- 120 g raisins

Rinse the sultanas and pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Dry with paper towels and roll in flour.

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes with a spatula or spatula. Dry the sultanas, mix them with flour, add to the dough and knead. Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in a warm place for 60 minutes.
