Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until meat is well-browned and onions are tender.

2. Step

Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and flour. Continue to cook for 2 more minutes.

3. Step

Pour in the beef stock, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes until the sauce thickens.

4. Step

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Meanwhile, cut each pastry sheet into 6 squares.

Lightly grease individual pie tins. Line each tin with one pastry square, and divide the meat mixture evenly among the pastry-lined tins.

Place another pastry square on top of each pie. Press the edges together to seal, then trim any excess pastry.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden.
