Prepare the coffee and let it cool.

2. Step

Beat the yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish mixture.

3. Step

Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg yolk and sugar mixture and beat until you get a cream.

4. Step

We dip the ladyfingers in coffee and place them at the bottom of a mold.
