- 250 g Wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baker's yeast
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white sugar
- 160 ml lukewarm water

Put the warm water in a bowl.

Add the baker's yeast, and sugar and mix. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, put the wheat flour, and salt. Mix.

Put all the ingredients together and knead inside the bowl for five minutes.

Knead for a further five minutes outside the bowl. Then shape into a ball.

In a bowl with a little olive oil, place the dough ball. Leave to rest for two hours.
