- 800 g fresh milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 2 teaspoon dehydrated onion
- nutmeg
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 300 g cheddar
- 100 g Parmesan cheese

Grate the parmesan and cut the cheddar into strips.

Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted boiling water.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the mustard powder, dehydrated onion and paprika.

Add the flour and stir it all together, keeping the heat low, to form a roux sauce. Add the milk previously heated and stir until obtaining a creamy mixture without lumps.
