- 100 g cream cheese
- Fresh parsley
Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 11⁄2 spoon ground ginger
- 1 spoon ground rosemary
- 11⁄2 spoon salt
- 11⁄2 tablespoon mustard
Mayonnaise-Ketchup Sauce
- 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon spring onion
- 1 spoon mustard
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 spoon ground black pepper
- salt

Directions
Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, paprika, ground ginger, rosemary, mustard, and salt.
Cover with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes. Then, bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the mayonnaise-ketchup sauce and set aside.
Place the buns on the grill for two minutes.
Spread cream cheese on the bun and place the baked chicken breast.
Add the mayonnaise mixture, sprinkle parsley and top with the other half of the bun.
Serve and enjoy.
