- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg
- 200 ml milk
- salt
- oil

Cut the chicken wings.
Put the egg and milk in a deep dish and mix the two ingredients together until the mixture is creamy and the egg has no lumps.
Put the flour, breadcrumbs and spices in another dish and mix all the ingredients with your hands until they are all homogeneously mixed.
Dredge the wings in the mixture of flour, breadcrumbs and spices, then in the mixture of egg and milk and then again in the mixture of flour and breadcrumbs.
Keep the wings in the fridge for an hour to allow the breading to set.
Fry the wings in plenty of oil for about 5 minutes.
Remove the oil excess, serve and enjoy.
