Tasty Salad with mango
Mango Salad is one of my favorites when I'm looking for a refreshing dish full of flavor. Its combination of textures and flavors make it an unforgettable dish. I prepare this salad every summer for my family and it is always a guaranteed success. Best of all, it is very simple to prepare and the ingredients are easy to find.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 100 grams of fresh spinach
- 100 grams Of arugula
- 1 red onion
- 100 grams of feta cheese
- 50 grams Of walnuts
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

We start by peeling the mangoes. I recommend doing it with a vegetable peeler to obtain thin slices. Then we will cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Wash the spinach and arugula very well, sometimes they may have a little soil and it is important to be sure to remove it. Once cleaned, place them in a large salad bowl.
Cut the red onion in julienne, that is to say, in thin slices. This type of cut gives a very nice texture to the salad and allows the onion to mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
For the walnuts, toast them lightly in a pan without oil. Be sure to move them frequently to prevent them from burning. Once browned, set aside.
Add the chopped mangoes, onion and walnuts to the salad bowl.
Now, cut the feta cheese into cubes and add them to the mixture.
Finally, dress our salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. I recommend doing this just before serving so that the leaves stay fresh and crisp.
And that's it! You now have a delicious mango salad. Be sure to mix all the ingredients well so that the flavors combine perfectly.
