Honey baked pork ribs are a true meat lover's delight. I have prepared this recipe countless times for friends and family and it never fails to impress. The secret lies in the perfect balance between the sweetness of the honey and the robust flavor of the pork. You don't need to be an expert in the kitchen to achieve this balance, just follow the steps carefully and enjoy the process.
Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, season the pork ribs with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ribs and brown each side. This step is crucial to sear the meat and keep it juicy.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, crushed garlic and ground ginger. This mixture will be your glaze, so make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
