- 50 gms of bread flour
- 5 gms of salt
- 60 gms of sugar
- 7 gms of yeast
- 1 egg
- 340 ml of warm milk
- 30 gms of unsalted butter

Combine the bread flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
Add the egg and warm milk into the center of the dry ingredients.
With your hand or a wooden spoon, stir together until a sticky dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes or until it becomes smooth. Gradually add in the butter during this process.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a warm cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for an hour, or until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll them into round shapes. Place these pieces onto a greased baking tray, cover them with a warm cloth, and let them rise again for about half an hour or until they double in size.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the milk buns for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn into a beautiful golden brown color.
Cool the buns on a wire rack. They are ready to be served. Enjoy!
