1. Step
Preheat the oven to 175°C and prepare a round cake tin (26 cm).
2. Step
Dough: In a bowl, mix the almond flour with sugar. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Then stir in the eggs and mix well.

Pour the prepared dough into the mold and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

After baking, let the cake cool down.

Filling: Meanwhile, as the cake cools, prepare the filling. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.

Cut the cake into 2 parts, spread it with whipped cream filling and according to taste, you can sprinkle with almonds.

Keep the cake in the fridge for a while longer so the filling can properly set, then you can serve.
