- 200 g self-rising flour
- 1 spoon salt
- 100 g cold unsalted butter
- 65 ml cold water

- 200 g smoked salmon
- 4 egg
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 11⁄2 spoon salt
- 1⁄2 spoon ground black pepper
- 1 spoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill
- 20 g grated cheese

Mix all the pastry ingredients together.

Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper until 4 mm thin. Chill for at least 1 hour.
