Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Potatoes
- 4 Pieces potato
- 2 Spoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Filling
- 200 g bacon
- 200 millilitre whipping cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- 1 Spoons garlic
- 2 Spoons chive

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes, dry them and rub them with olive oil. Then sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
2. Step
Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 60 minutes or until they are soft.
3. Step
Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and add the chopped garlic.
4. Step
Add the cream and cook until the sauce begins to thicken. Then remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese and chives.
5. Step
Remove the potatoes from the oven and make a cut in the middle. Fill them with cream sauce with bacon and serve.
