A tasty summer strawberry cake made from sponge dough.

- 50 g sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Dough: Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Pour it into a cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.
Content: Clean the strawberries, cut them into pieces and let them cook with sugar for approximately 15 minutes, until the sugar dissolves and the strawberries release their juice. Then add the gelatin and let it stand for another 5 minutes at low heat.
