We crack the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Step
Whisk the yolks with sugar and water until frothy.
3. Step
We whip the whites into stiff peaks.
4. Step
In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and gradually add it to the yolks.

Finally, we manually fold in the whipped egg whites.

Often we pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
