Spaghetti Carbonara Without Eggs
This recipe is a great solution for those who want to enjoy traditional carbonara, but do not want or cannot consume eggs.

Carbonara sauce
- 200 g Pancetta
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pcs garlic
- 240 ml cooking cream
- 50 g parmesan
Spaghetti
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 ts salt

1. Step
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and salt the water.
2. Step
Meanwhile, fry the pancetta in olive oil on a skillet.
3. Step
Add the garlic cloves and fry them together with the pancetta.
4. Step
Remove the garlic from the pan and add the cooking cream. Let it simmer on medium heat until the sauce comes together.
5. Step
Add the grated parmesan and stir until it melts.
6. Step
Add the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the sauce and stir.

Serve hot, sprinkle with the remaining parmesan and season to taste.
