Sourdough crackers
I first encountered sourdough crackers at my friend's house and immediately fell in love with them. The preparation is simple and the end result is not only delicious, but also a healthy alternative to a commercial cracker.
Ingredients
- 200 g Sourdough
- 100 g Wholemeal flour
- 50 g Oatmeal
- 3 Spoons olive oil
- 1 Spoon Salts
- 50 ml Waters

Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes to allow the flour to swell.
Then roll out the dough on a floured surface to the desired thickness (the thinner, the crispier the cracker). I recommend rolling out the dough to a very thin layer (about 3-5 mm) to make the crackers really crispy.
Once rolled out, cut the dough into the desired shape and size.
Then bake the cracker in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
