Ingredients
- 4 Pounds beef roast (preferably rib or tenderloin)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbls rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbls fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

In a small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to form a marinade paste.
Place the beef roast in a shallow dish and wrap the marinade all over the meat, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the oven 325°F (165°C).
Take the meat from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Transfer the roast to a pot. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve sliced and with your favorite side dish.
