Simple condensed milk sponge cake
A delicious condensed milk sponge cake very fluffy and soft. It is a classic and easy to make dessert, ideal to accompany afternoon tea or coffee. Take advantage of this recipe to pamper your family and friends.

- 4 Eggs
- 397 g condensed milk
- 120 g flour
- 110 g butter
- 13 g baking powder
- 5 ml vanilla essence

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Lightly grease a cake pan and coat it with a little flour to prevent the cake from sticking.
Beat the butter in a bowl until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the condensed milk and vanilla essence, continue beating until the ingredients are well integrated.
In another bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Add these dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, beating gently until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before unmolding. You can sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top for decoration.
