  • 50 g grated coconut Added to
  • 80 g bittersweet chocolate Added to
  • 150 g room temperature butter Added to

1. Step

I used a round form with a diameter of 20cm.

2. Step

We will put milk and vanilla sugar into the pot.

3. Step

Start adding semolina to the boiling milk and keep stirring to make a thick porridge.

4. Step

We will set aside and add room temperature butter and mix it together.

Pour coconut into a bowl and pour half of the porridge and mix thoroughly.

6. Step

Break the chocolate into small pieces into the second bowl and pour in the second part of the porridge. Let it stand for a while so that the chocolate melts and stir.

7. Step

Pour the white part into the mold, smooth it out and add the second dark part.

8. Step

Let it cool down and put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.

You can decorate the top of the cake with fruit, grated chocolate, or pour chocolate all over it.

10. Step

Instead of chocolate, younger children can add any blended fruit.
