1. Step
First, prepare the vegetables. Wash the salad, dry it, and tear it into smaller pieces.
2. Step
Clean the shrimp and fry it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
3. Step
For the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Step
In a bowl, mix the vegetables and prawns, add the dressing and mix well.
