Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Onions
Sautéed Brussels sprouts with bacon and onions is a delicious and easy side dish that can be made in just a few minutes. The combination of crispy bacon, sweet onions, and tender Brussels sprouts makes this dish perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Add the diced bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent (about 5 minutes).
Add garlic and sauté for additional 30 seconds.
Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet and stir to combine with the onions and garlic.
Cook the Brussels sprouts, stirring occasionally, until they're tender and slightly browned (about 10 minutes).
Add the reserved bacon and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
