- 700 ml water

1. Step
We wash the sausage.
2. Step
We will wrap it in foil and put it in the baking dish.
3. Step
Into the pan, we pour approximately 700 ml of water and roast the pork neck for 90 minutes.
4. Step
During baking, we monitor the amount of water so that our pork neck does not get burnt.
5. Step
We serve it with a favorite side dish.
