Roasted Pork Neck in the Oven

Pork neck
- 1 piece pork neck
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce
- 250 millilitres red wine
- 2 spoons butter

1. Step
Mix salt and pepper and gently rub it into the meat. Crush the garlic and rub it into the meat.
2. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Put the meat in the oven and bake for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small pot and add the red wine.

Simmer for about 15 minutes.
