- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons salt

- 250 millilitres red wine
- 2 spoons butter

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Put the meat in the oven and bake for 1 hour.

Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce over the meat and bake for another 30 minutes.
Remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
