Roasted Duck with Cabbage
A tasty recipe for roasted duck, served with cabbage and dumplings.

Duck
- 1 piece duck
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cabbage
- 1 piece cabbage
- 1 piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons vinegar

1. Step
Clean the duck, salt and pepper it. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Step
We finely chop the cabbage and sauté it in a pan with chopped onion and garlic.
3. Step
Add sugar and vinegar and simmer until the cabbage is soft.
4. Step
Put the duck in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 2 hours.
5. Step
We serve the duck with cabbage and dumpling.
