Roasted Chicken Legs with Potatoes
Delicious, juicy chicken legs roasted to a golden colour, accompanied with aromatic roasted potatoes. An ideal meal for the whole family dinner.
Ingredients
To chicken thighs
- 4 Piece chicken drumsticks
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sweet pepper
For the potatoes
- 8 Piece Potatoes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pinch Salts
- 1 pinch rosemary

Wash the chicken thighs, dry and season to taste with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Set aside for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, then season with salt, olive oil, and rosemary.
Place the chicken drumsticks and potatoes on a baking sheet, bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 60 minutes. Near the end of baking, you can increase the temperature so that the drumsticks and potatoes become crispy.
Serve hot, decorated with fresh rosemary. Enjoy your meal!
