Roast pork with red cabbage
Recipe for delicious roast pork with red cabbage.
Ingredients
- 1 kg pork leg
- 1 a piece tomato paste
- salt
- ground black pepper
- ground red pepper
- oil
- 1 a piece onion
- 1 a piece stock cube
- 1 head red cabbage
- sugar
- cumin
- vinegar

Cut the meat into thicker slices and fry both sides in hot oil.
Then place the meat on a baking tray.
In the fat, fry the chopped onion and add the minced red pepper.
Mix the puree, salt , pepper and broth in the water.
Pour the mixture into the stock, mix well and pour over the prepared meat. 6. Cover the baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour.
Caramelize the sugar on the cabbage.
Add the chopped cabbage and cover with a little water.
Season with salt, cumin and bay leaf.
Let everything simmer together for about 10 minutes.
Finally, add the vinegar and simmer for about 10 minutes.
