Roast pork with potatoes
Tasty lunch or dinner in the form of roast pork with potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Of pork
- 1 kg potato
- 4 cloves garlic
- Fresh rosemary
- oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Directions
Trim the pork into evenly sized pieces. Rub the meat with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into the same size as the meat.
Mix both the meat and potatoes in a bowl to combine all the ingredients.
Prepare a roasting pan, pour a little oil into it and spread the meat and potatoes so that they mix randomly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about an hour and a half, or until the potatoes are soft and crispy and the meat is well done.
After removing from the oven, let the pork rest for 5 minutes before serving. This is key to preserving the juices in the meat.
This dish can be served either with baked potatoes or mixed with boiled potatoes as well.
